Lots to do, not so much time :.: cute dogs :.: loving my haircut

Lately, I have been overwhelmed with how much there is to do, and how little hours there are in the day. I swear that you don't notice these things when you're a kid. When you're a kid, your greatest worries are missing your favorite TV show and being forced to eat your vegetables.

I'm not really big on TV anymore. I watch more DVDs and reruns on DVD sets than anything. Needless to say, cable is not really a priority for me in my apartment.

But as an adult, I'm continually learning more ways to manage my time better. Different ways to use my time better at and outside of work, and attempting to get certain things done on certain days.

And of course, it doesn't help that it gets dark around 6:00pm. I'm looking forward to when daylight stays with us longer.

But then again, I am also learning not to go so hard on myself when I don't get to everything on my list for that day. That's why I always have a new list to start. Hehe. But really, when you're caught up in several emotions and feelings, and when you're just not sure on certain decisions, there are certain things that make your day less overwhelming.

For instance, how can you resist looking at this cute dog?

It's the little things in life. So, my lesson for you today: Don't ignore the cute dogs. :)














Well, I am LOVING the lighter feeling of my haircut. :D

And I mailed my hair out yesterday morning. As we speak, it is on its way to Locks of Love in Florida.

I've just been brainstroming on things to do with my hair. Well, I've started out with a "root booster" and volumizer that they gave me at the salon. And before I got my haircut, I found some fun hair clips and pins to put in my hair. I haven't "decorated" my hair like that for awhile. I'm looking forward to experimenting and seeing what short hairstyles I can come up with. And if anyone has any suggestions, I would love to hear from you. :)

And... I will NOT post this picture on Facebook, but here's what my hair looks like when I wake up in the morning.
